About Lucas

Lucas Randrianarivelo is a founding member and partner of LDR Partners. Mr. Randrianarivelo has completed numerous mergers & acquisitions and valuation services within the Music, Media, and Entertainment industry, as a banker at Shot Tower Capital (“STC”) an elite boutique based in Baltimore, Maryland. STC is widely regarded as a top investment bank in the music industry and in multiple years has been ranked on the Billboard Power 100 as one of the top 10 financial advisory firms in both 2023 and 2024.

Prior to entering the field of investment banking, Lucas was formally educated in Mechanical Engineering at Rochester Institute of Technology. During his time at RIT, he was a collegiate athlete on the Men’s Soccer team, brother of Theta Chi fraternity, and the Student Body President in his final year. In between academic semesters and for curriculum co-op credit, Lucas interned at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center and Under Armour in Baltimore, MD.

About David

David Randrianarivelo is a founding member and partner of LDR Partners. David is a junior business administration major with a concentration in finance at Bucknell University, where he is a campus leader being a Residential Advisor, former DEI Alliance board member, as well as a brother of the Phi Gamma Delta fraternity.

David is currently a Financial Analyst intern at Urban Grid Solar a Brookfield Renewable portfolio company. He is also an incoming 2025 Private Banking Summer Analyst at Brown Brothers Harriman, where he will work in their Multi-Family Office (MFO) in New York.
